Acceptance Of These Terms
This website is operated by Nexus Law Group ("Nexus Law Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.
No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or tax advice. Submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client or service relationship is formed only when a written engagement agreement is signed by both you and an authorized representative. Until then, do not send confidential or time-sensitive information expecting privilege or representation.
Use Of The Website
You agree to use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or accounts; interfere with, disable, or circumvent security, tracking, or fraud-prevention controls; scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the site; or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
Consultations & Inquiries
Our forms let you request a free, no-obligation consultation about timeshare ownership options. We make no promise that we can assist with your matter, and any formal engagement requires a separate written agreement and may require additional documentation. Information you provide is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.
Calls, Text Messages & AI Consent (TCPA)
By providing your phone number and submitting a form (or otherwise checking the consent box), you give your prior express written consent to be contacted by Nexus Law Group and our authorized partners and service providers at the number you provided, regarding your timeshare inquiry and related services, including by:
- live agents, automatic telephone dialing systems (autodialers), and automated or prerecorded voice messages;
- SMS/MMS text messages, including messages sent with automated technology;
- artificial-intelligence (AI) generated or AI-assisted voice calls and text messages. Where an AI-generated voice or message is used, it will be identified as such, consistent with FCC rules under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); and
- email.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be placed on our internal do-not-call/do-not-text list during a call, or contacting us at privacy@exitmyresort.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly. We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor the National Do Not Call Registry as required.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
If you opt into text messages, you agree to these SMS terms. Program: account, appointment, and consultation follow-up messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. To stop texts, reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change. Your participation is governed by this section and our Privacy Policy.
Consent To Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications, notices, agreements, and disclosures from us electronically (by email, text, or by posting on this site), and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law. You may withdraw this consent for future communications by contacting us, though doing so may limit our ability to provide certain services.
No Guarantee Of Results
Every situation is different. We do not guarantee any specific result, including timeshare cancellation, exit, contract termination, fee reduction, refund, settlement, credit outcome, or timeline. Statements on this site are not a promise of outcome.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Nexus Law Group and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information is current or complete. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Law Group and its owners, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the site or our communications, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Law Group and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or unauthorized information.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nexus Law Group maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
